HISTORY WILL NEVER BE THE SAME

Valentine Riverside

The most awe-inspiring exhibit of this innovative museum was an outdoor Sound and Light show—History Will Never be the Same—staged nightly in the plaza of the historic Tredegar Iron Works. 60- by 80-foot imagery was projected onto the 3-story building, as other images were projected from inside the building onto its windows. Four subterranean sub woofer systems literally shook the ground during cannon fire, the noise of industry, and the famous Monitor and Virginia ironclad battle.
